MADE OF ORGANC - Certificates

Here you can find it in black and white: we regularly undergo certification.

At disana, quality begins where mere appearance ends. When it comes to textiles that come into direct contact with the skin, especially the sensitive skin of babies and toddlers, we make no compromises. That's why we don't just rely on our word, but on the strictest ecological certifications in the world. We are proud to be certified by both the GOTS label and the extremely demanding IVN BEST standard.

This means for you: maximum safety, absolute freedom from harmful substances and a production process that respects people, animals and nature.

IVN BEST - The gold standard for natural textiles

It doesn't get any stricter than this! Maximum ecological standards for healthy skin.

The standard of the International Association of Natural Textile Industry (IVN) is considered the strictest ecological textile label worldwide. While other standards allow blended fibers, IVN BEST requires 100% natural fibers from controlled organic cultivation (kbA) or controlled organic animal husbandry (kbT).

For our Disana products, this means: We consciously avoid synthetic finishing and questionable chemicals. The residue limits set by IVN BEST are so strict that they far surpass legal requirements and often even exceed those of other organic labels. The result is a textile that is completely "honest"—breathable, skin-friendly, and absolutely safe.

GOTS - The global standard for trust

The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is the world's leading certification for the processing of textiles made from organically produced natural fibers. It not only guarantees the organic quality of the wool, but also monitors the entire production chain. From the yarn to the knitting and sewing, right through to shipping from our location in Lichtenstein, Baden-Württemberg – everything is independently inspected and certified.

The GOTS seal assures you that our products are not only ecologically sound but also manufactured under socially fair conditions. It is proof of complete traceability and a transparent supply chain.
